Insurance

Corporate General Liability Insurance

G4S maintains a Group wide corporate general liability policy and can offer insurance cover to a specific value when required. The very purpose of the security solutions we provide is to protect property and people against damage and harm. In the unlikely event of failure to deliver our services properly we will take liability for the loss, damage or injury suffered due to our negligence and wilful misconduct. We assume unlimited liability for death and personal injury but will look to limit our liabilities in all other instances typically to three (3) times the monthly value of the contract, per site, per incident.

Life Insurance

Due to the inherent risk in providing security services we provide our employees with life and disability cover up to three times their annual salary. Our brokers are Capital Express Assurance Limited – Policy number GL/3696 (AssetGuard) GL/3695 (G4S)

Medical Insurance

Our employees are provided with a comprehensive medical insurance scheme that covers treatment, hospitalization and prescription costs

Consultancy

At G4S we have an in-house brand of CCTV and DVR range designed

and manufactured after years of research and development, in

conjunction with ULC Products.

Video analytics

Our range of cameras have been specially designed, developed and tested for 2 years to

provide optimum seamless performance by reducing the load on the DVR in order to give

reliable recording with high quality images. The advanced PTZ range comes with built in

multiple video analytics functions and super-magnification capacities.

Advanced DVR products & systems management

The G4S DVR’s are fully featured and highly reliable recording solutions. With customizable

hardware & software with large data management recording video functionality, we can add

value to your business by capturing all suspicious actions intelligently and alerting local

operator remote users. Our DVR’s with Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS) provide perfect

X-time access control / time & attendance systems

“X-time” time and access management software was developed

predominantly for the industrial market by our in-house research and

development department. Our biometric solutions provide strong user

authentication and enhance the overall system security. Locally

MobileEye rapid deployment camera solution

Our innovative “MobileEye” remote rapid deployment camera solution has an on-board

camera which allows for full 360-degree rotation and 90-degree vertical / horizontal tilt.

Perfect for remote areas, MobileEye comes kitted with either day/night cameras or FLIR

thermal imaging cameras, on-board DVR, 2-way audio, pepper gas, lighting, perimeter

protection, 4-day battery life or solar power option, 6m telescopic mast and proprietary G4S

wireless transmission capable of transmitting the signals back to any control room in excess

of 10km away.

Multimax™ security management system

The G4S MultiMax™ Security Management System which has been developed and is fully

owned by G4S worldwide. This system provides a powerful and integrated automated security

system which is integrates all security systems into one single platform, i.e. access control,

intercom control, video & CCTV management, intruder detection, visitor management, threat

level management and smart-card technology

Secure Trax™

Developed in-house by G4S security experts, Secure Trax™ is a state of the art security

management and administration application utilizing PDA units that are fully integrated security

solutions built upon the latest mobile computing technology. The unit automates many typical

security communications functions and provides detailed and reliable incident notification in

real-time. In addition, this technology adds value to other areas such as facilities and risk

management, legal, safety, engineering and building services departments.

G4S provides 24 hour alarm monitoring and armed response services for Security, Fire and Medical Emergencies. For residences and businesses 24-Hour Response equals peace of mind.

Secure Mobility Service

Personnel equipped with advanced driving training and close protection skills and

experience.

Vehicles are equipped with mobile communications,

vehicle tracking, trauma kits and extinguishers

Regular route assessments are made to identify and

Secure Crew / Staff Transport and Driver Services

Maritime Services

G4S offers the full spectrum of maritime security solutions to the oil and gas companies operating in Nigeria. This includes provision of vessels for security, crew transport and convoy support. G4S also provides specialist maritime training services specifically tailored to crews operating in high threat environments.

Emergency Response Vessels. These high speed patrol and emergency boats are used specifically for Maritime rescue operations due to their capacity in delivering such services.

MOPOL.

AssetGuard/G4S is licensed by the Inspector General of Police’s

Office to utilise the services of dedicated Squadrons and Officers

from the Nigerian Mobile Police Force (MOPOL)
