I’m writing today to make you aware of a few upcoming CT alumni events that are happening in the hopes that you can attendPancho Mazza Events As many of you may be aware of already, Camp Tecumseh has created an award to be given out for the first time this summer named after all-time CT’er Pancho Mazza. Pancho was a camper and counselor through the 80’s and 90’s who greatly impacted Tecumseh and passed away in 2008 after being diagnosed with a brain tumor 8 years earlier. The award will be given to “the camper who has shown the most courage, dedication, endurance and understated confidence in overcoming a challenge during his stay at camp”. Along with the Pancho Mazza Award, family and friends have formed a non-profit group which will support many great causes, one of which will be the Pancho Mazza for Tecumseh Fund. This fund will enhance the Blue-Gray fund and assist CT families who would otherwise not be able to afford Camp. www.panchitosway.com for more information.
