Scope of Worka) To carry out site clearing of site including hedges, bushes, shrubs, etc. and fill/cut where necessary up to the
finished formation level or to match existing level as instructed by S.O.
a) To demolish and crack away existing drywall, ceiling, door and window in preparation of new drywall, to makegood of existing concrete apron as shown on drawings for Blok Asrama A and to make good of existing roof asshown on drawings for Blok Asrama A.
a) To supply, deliver and install new drywall to compact with existing building frame complete with associatedaccessories to manufacturer details of Block of single-storey of Blok Asrama A as shown in drawings andspecifications, inclusive of finishing, and mechanical and electrical works with internal water supply servicesincluding installation of approved sanitary wares complete with fittings and associated accessories
a) To supply, deliver and install new ceiling complete with associated accessories to manufacturer details as shownon drawing for Asrama Blok A
a) To supply, deliver, and install new door and window complete with associated accessories to manufacturer detailsfor Blok Asrama A as shown in drawings and specifications.
a) To rectify and crack away existing floor finishes and install new vinyl floor as shown in drawings and specifications
a) To refurbish existing toilet and laundry room as shown in drawings and specifications
a) To make good of existing column to engineer’s detail as shown on drawings for Blok Inovasi & Kreativiti 1, BlokInovasi & Kreativiti 2, and Blok Asrama A.
