Welcome to BTYFC!Dear BTYFC Player/Parent,

A big welcome to (or back to!) Bingham Town Youth FC. BTYFC are so pleased to have received you or your child’s player registration form. In this short welcome letter as Chairman of BTYFC I am pointing out a few areas that can make your association with the club more enjoyable and also help the club up its game.

In the Buttfield Clubhouse we are proud to provide access to one of the best facilities in Nottinghamshire. I am sure your association with BTYFC will be a long lasting and enjoyable one. To ensure we stay on top of our game BTYFC need your opinions, ideas and help to up our game, so do stay in touch.

Whilst your first point of contact is always your squad manager, stay in touch with BTYFC online, as

well as at “official bingham town youth fc” and also for those altruistic business people

already on we have a new group called “bingham town youth fc”. In short stay in touch, leave your comments and ideas. It only takes a few seconds. Checking in regularly could improve your experience as a parent, as a volunteer and help BTYFC up its game.

Bingham Town is run entirely by volunteers and is a non-for-profit community organisation. Please help the club or your squad manager in any way you can, here are a few simple suggestions:

• Be as responsive to club/squad emails/text/phone calls as you can be, it really helps your manager do a better job for your child/you

• Understand what a good soccer parent looks like here and then put it in to action

• Help your squad manager by becoming a trained first aider (club provides training speak to your squad manager)

• Pay your btyfc training subscription fee by standing order

• There are “non-footballling” roles of special responsibility at BTYFC that help the club improve its service to its players, parents and the community at large
