I received your letter dated July 22 , 2010 regarding Pa rt VII, page 4, l ines 1, 2, 9 and 1.4 o fmy Year 2009 report . I bought the. real property in Helena before I came onto the c ourt in Apri l 2008and a m su re that I reported it in at least one previou s report. In fact, I was told to am end either m yin i t ia l repor t or my 2008 repor t because I had included the ad dress of the proper ty on that repor t .As fbr the Kraft and Phillip Morris/Altria entries, I did not purchase these stocks in 2008;

however, I believe that is when Altria split and Kraft and Phillip Morris were spun off. AlthoughI do not have my previous reports with me, if I remember correctly, my 2008 report would havereflected that I owned Altria which broke up and spun 6ff Kraft and Phillip Morris. "

Finally, as for the Schwab S& P Index fund , I purchased that fund on D ecember 10, 2009 andI simply failed to fill out Column D of my2009 report, which should have stated as tbllows: D(1)buy; (2) 12/10/09; and (3) J .
