Setting the global aims allowed each project partner to enforce its interest and

priority (connections: Berlin – Görlitz, Wroclaw – Jelenia Góra – Zgorzelec,

Liberec – Praha)

Meeting of all partners interests is worth to be officially ratified (memorandum)

and jointly supported (e.g. Extension of Comprehensive Network TEN-T)

Demanded solution for one of partners area is worth to be supported by the

rest of partners including making this solution public.
