INTRODUCTION Boiler defination:

A boiler is a closed vessel in which water or other fluids are heated and steam generated.

A kettle, steam locomotive, etc are all examples for boilers

MANUFACTURING STAGES 1st step:

cutting of metal sheets(starting material)

MANUFACTURING STAGES 2nd step:

Rolling of cutting flat plate by hydraulic roller

Welding of rolled plates (x-ray use to check weld)

Then tube plate are mcahined by computer controlled

vertical milling machine for precise hole tube alligment

Then hand welding is carried out by appropriately coded welders.
