Package BK-4500 Stall WallThis package provides a fully secure, protective wall with no grills. Thisgives full separation between horses for the feistiest of breeds. Designedaround standard 2" x 10" lumber which allows easy assembly without rip-ping any board, the stall can be built with any size or quality dry lumber toprovide the appearance you desire. Although a permanent wall, by assem-bling with screw fasteners, the wall can be easily removed to enlarge a stallas necessary. When needed, the wall is easily rebuilt. 96" End Channels and96" Wall Brace are supplied with fasteners to build standard width stalls.

BK-4000 Grill SystemThe Equus black kit grill system is a basiccomponent in building a complete StallSystem. All components are protected for longlife by a strong polyester powder coat paint.Top and bottom U-channels are heavy 18gauge steel. Standard 18 gauge grill tubes are7/8" in diameter and are placed 4" on center.Special applications can be fit with optional 3"on center spacing. Grills are available 24" and48" wide and can be cut or spliced to makeany stall size. Grill systems include snap-intubes 32-3/4" tall that accept either a swingingfeed door or an adjustable feed opening.Rubber grommets are used to protect the tubeinserted into the U-channel and will provide aquiet, non-rattling stall. The 4000 grill system isanti-crib designed to protect and cap standard1-1/2" lumber and is used in all the EquusPackage Systems. All necessary black screwfasteners are supplied for grill installation.

BK-4100 and BK-4101Window Grill KitAvailable for 36" wide (#4100) or 44" wide(#4101) window openings 25" tall. Standard4" on center spacing or optional 3" on centerspacing is available for either window grill.

BK-4800 Grilled SlidingStall DoorThis 4' x 7' sliding door is standard in eachstall front package and may be purchasedindividually. The slide door grill is also avail-able in standard 4" or optional 3" on centerspacing. When part of a package, the grillin the stall door will match the wall grillspacing. All assembly screws are supplied.Latch supplied with optional sliding doortrack and hardware package.

BK-4250-4 Feed DoorDesigned to allow feed door placementany place convenient in the stall. The 18gauge 4250 Feed Door is installed in any4000 grill (4" on center tube spacing) andhinges on one tube with three additionaltubes removed providing a full 15-1/4"opening 31-3/4" tall. The door can beinstalled to swing either way simplifyingstall design. Hole plugs are supplied forthe removed grill tubes. Tamper resistantspring loaded latch supplied.

BK-4200-4 or BK-4200-3Adjustable Feed OpeningThis kit allows flexible placement of feed-ing access. Unlike the 4250 Feed Door,this creates a permanent opening makingit easier to add feed quickly. Any heightopening can be made by cutting one tube(two tubes on 3" centers) down and slid-ing the adjustable feed opening kit overthe adjacent tubes. Provides a 7" feedopening in 4" on center system (8" feedopening in 3" on center system). Rubbergrommets are used to protect the steeledges and eliminate rattling where thetubes fit into the kit. A rubber plug fills theremaining hole at the bottom.

B-4501 End ChannelThis component is manufactured fromheavy 16 gauge polyester powder coatsteel in 48" and 96" lengths. The 4501 EndChannel allows standard 1-1/2" lumber ofany grade to be used in building stall wallswith or without grills. Using the 4501allows easy removal of walls for foalingwhen necessary and then rapid rebuilding.

B-4502 Header ChannelSimilar to the 4501, this 7" channel isused to install headers above the grill install fronts, intermediate walls, and abovethe 4800 slide doors. Supplied withinstallation screws.

B-4503 Wall BraceProvides strength and reinforcement whencoupling boards together into a one piecewall. The wall brace provides protectionfrom kicks helping to eliminate broken wallboards. The wall brace is formed with afolded top to protect the horse. Con-structed of heavy 16 gauge polyesterpowder coat steel in 48" and 96" lengths.The 48" length is used below the grill sys-tem. Supplied with installation screws.

B-4504 Crib CapThis component can be used throughoutthe stall over any exposed wood corner toeliminate cribbing. Constructed of heavy1-1/2" x 1-1/2" 16 gauge polyester pow-der coat steel 8' long. Supplied withinstallation screws.
