STEP 1: ENGINE TREATMENT – THE CRANKCASE

Add Engine Formulation immediately! The optimum treatment ratio is10% Engine Treatment to oil an

treatment might be as follows:

and will not cause slippage. It should be used at 6% Bi-Tron to the lubricant being treated.

Or simply, add one 236ml (8oz) bottle for every 4L of lubricant.

Oil changes should continue as per manufacturer’s recommendations. DO NOT OVERFILL CRANKCASE.

1. Add two 236ml (8oz) bottles of Bi-Tron Engine Formulation to your vehicle’s crankcase

for every 5L of oil capacity – check the condition of the oil frequently (especially during

the first 200-800km (100-500mi)) and change it as soon as it is dirty, or the next time your

vehicle is due for an oil change.

2. At the next regular oil change and thereafter – change the filter and add one 236 ml (8 oz)

bottle of Bi-Tron Engine Formulation to every 5L of new oil.

1. On your first tank of fuel – add 180 ml (6 oz - half a bottle) of Bi-Tron Fuel Conditioner

directly to the fuel tank for every 40L(10 gallons) of fuel.

2. On your second and third tanks of fuel – add 90 ml (3 oz–¼ bottle) for every 40L

(10 gallons).

3. On subsequent fill-ups – add 30-60 ml (1-2 oz) of Bi-Tron Fuel Conditioner for every 40L

(10 gallons) of fuel.

For smaller passenger vehicles a typical treatment might be as follows:

1. Steering Box  – Add 60 ml (2 oz) of Bi-Tron Powertrain.

2. Differential  – Add 120 ml (6 oz) of Bi-Tron Powertrain.

3.Transmission  – Add 180 ml (8 oz) of Bi-Tron Powertrain.

If you are uncertain of the location of your steering box, differential, or transmission, or you

have difficulty installing the Powertrain & Gear Formulation, ask your mechanic to put it in at

the next oil change.

STEP 4:TIRE SAFETY SOLUTION – THE TIRES

Bi-Tron Tire Safety Solution is a non flammable and non toxic liquid tire treatment designed as a

preventative measure to seal punctures permanently in the tread of the tire up to 1/4" in diameter. It

suitable for passenger cars, SUVs, light trucks and motorcycles with a tire pressure of up to 60 psi.

STEP 5: OCTANE BOOSTER – THE FUEL TANK Bi-Tron Octane Booster is a super concentrated performance formula designed to

increase power. Use it when towing heavy loads, RVs, boats, trailers or even when you

have a full vehicle. It is also perfect for off-road and racing applications! Bi-Tron Octane

Booster is a proprietary blend of technologies designed to dramatically improve the way

your fuel burns releasing more energy and providing more power to the wheels.

STEP 6: PENETRATING LUBRICANT – AROUND THE HOME AND THE WORKSHOP

1. Ensure tires are properly balanced.

2. Shake the bottle thoroughly.

3. Park the vehicle near an available source of pressurized air and so that the valve stem is in

either the 5 o'clock or 7 o'clock position. Using the tool provided with the bottle remove the

valve stem core allowing all the air to escape from the tire.

4. Snip 1/4" off the top of the plastic spout provided with the sealant.

5. Attach the supplied plastic hose to the top of the bottle spout and slide the other end firmly

over the tire's stem. Tilt the bottle to the upright position and in a rhythmic motion slowly

squeeze and release the bottle pumping the required amount of product into the tire.

6. Replace the valve core and re-inflate the tire to the recommended pressure.

7. Drive the vehicle to complete install. Tires do not need to be repaired after a puncture.

  Add one 2 oz bottle for every 10 gallons (40L) of fuel before you refuel for best results.

Apply Bi-Tron Penetrating Lubricant as needed to any metal mechanism. The application and

benefit range is huge. It can be used for the simplest home needs or the most challenging

industrial applications. Bi-Tron Penetrating Lubricant is highly recommended for general

machine shop work, drilling and tapping. The Penetrating Lubricant does not collect dust, in

fact it actually keeps wear particles away from the metal surface!
