Curriculum The programme follows a trimester pattern. During

the first three trimesters, the students are exposed only to the core courses, which cover certain basic and functional areas of business. It offers about eighty electives across functional areas

There is greater emphasis on subjects like business ethics, human resource development and organisational behavior. It also offers foundation courses on emotional quotient and leadership dwelling on developing humanistic leadership style

Faculty members use a mix of classroom teaching, presentations, practical learning tools like corporate interactions, case study discussions, field studies, and skill workshops as a teaching methodology

Industry Interaction The institute conducted 49 open and customized

Management Development Programs (MDPs) in 2011-12
