dreams don’t come true over the course of a week, or a month, or even a year, but over the course of a decade.

This is a simple, free program to help you dream bigger and give you the tools and science-backed

habits to make those dreams happen.

Your assignment for this week is simple. Every day, use the pages in this

Dream Book to start writing down the five things you’re dreaming about. If

you need a little encouragement, watch the video I sent you where I’m

sharing my big dreams too. It’s okay if this changes over time—that’s

actually a good thing! Just be honest with yourself.

“I don’t even know how to dream.” “They’ll never come true, so what’s the

point of dreaming?” “I’m too old to dream.” “It’s too late.”

How many times have you said something like that to yourself? Even more than

once is way too many. This week, I’m going to be teaching you HOW to dream,

why it’s important, and give you the tools to get rid of some of those mental

Your assignment for this week is to simply start exploring your dreams. This

week, I’ll be sending a bunch of tools that will help you find a place to

start—and some of them you can even do right from your couch! So block

out some time, just 15-30 minutes is enough. Don’t forget to keep writing

down your dreams!

Now, I’m going to say something that might not make a whole lot of sense,

but bear with me: You have to think small to dream big. Why? That’s what

this week is all about. You’re going to go from dreaming to doing, and I

This week, take an audit of your close relationships. This includes friends,

families, partners — everyone. After you spend time with them, do you feel

energized, or depleted?

There’s a common saying that you’re the average of the five people closest

to you. It’s true. The same is true for your dreams. The people you’re hanging

out with have a HUGE impact on making them come true. This week, I’m

going to give you the tools to find your “Circle Of 5.” It’s okay if you don’t

know them yet. You’re also going to learn to set boundaries with the people

in your life who make it harder to work on your dreams.

you maintain momentum on your dreams, even when that self doubt starts

to creep back in, or you’re too tired, or you just don’t feel like it. Pick ONE of

the tools from this week to try, and see how committing to breaking through

your excuses becomes easier over time.
