The PMP operates as an integral part of Bell Mobility’s

Market Analysis and Intelligence (MAI) Department. MAI

is engaged in evaluating the competitive landscape,

identifying profitable market opportunities, and optimizing

business operations in the telecommunications industry.

This helps Bell maintain their position as a market leader.

Founded by a Harvard Alumnus, the PMP has seen

tremendous growth attributed to its participants’

entrepreneurial drive. Providing Associates with a holistic

approach to learning, the PMP promotes cross-functional

engagements and individual achievement.

A commitment to learning, teamwork, transparency and

inclusiveness are the core principals of the PMP. Associates

come from a variety of backgrounds, and all demonstrate

the ability to think analytically and operate constructively.

Associates actively discuss new ideas and solutions while

working to build the program and better themselves.

Customized advanced analytics tools allow users the

ability to conduct environmental scans and draw keen

market insights. Associates are engaged with a variety of

these tools and develop key market analysis techniques

to help determine customer, channel, and business

behavior. In addition to market analysis, associates

gain an appreciation for segmentation profiling, market

research, field intelligence and effective reporting.

Participants will advance their presentation

skills while becoming adept at translating data

into key findings and recommendations.

Employing geospatial analysis is key for locating

emerging business opportunities. The GSA Associates

gain exposure to various functions related to GIS

decision support including data collection, shape file

management, geo-mapping, and geo-analysis.

GSA Associates are outfitted with top of the line

computer hardware and industry standard applications

such as ArcGIS© and MapInfo© to view, manipulate, and

analyze primary and secondary spatial data. Associates

learn about preparing their analysis and interpretation

material for in-depth field studies. The mentorship

provided by industry professionals offers participants

a widespread perspective on how a multi-billion

dollar corporation utilizes geographic information.

To further develop the unique status among Canadian

internship programs, the PMP emphasizes the use

of innovative marketing strategies to attract top

tier candidates. With a hands-on approach and

mentorship from senior staff, interns learn and practice

marketing tactics, manage project logistics, and deliver

aligned marketing collaterals for the program.

In addition to external marketing and brand

management, Associates are involved with internal

communications and promotions. The close relationship

with Creative, and use of top-quality marketing tools,

provide the necessary support to produce well-

strategized campaigns. Marketing Associates gain

extensive knowledge in project management and

have the opportunity to build the PMP brand.

The Creative Department is the imagination

behind designing and creating promotional

materials, executing photo and video shoots, and

documenting program events and workshops.

Alongside Marketing and ICT, Creative Associates

expand their understanding of marketing strategy and

tactics, brand management, and production logistics.

Associates unlock their creative potential through the
