INTRODUCTION

The implications of COVID-19 have been profound and the path to businessrecovery is evolving and fluid.

The process of reopening is already underway in some parts of the world. CBRE isactively supporting clients in developing and implementing plans, creating andconsolidating leading practices, and forming recommendations about how to safelyreopen and reoccupy workplaces.

Based on the experience of global CBRE surveys in Russia, we upgraded the HealthyOffice concept to version 2.0. to include parameters that are designed to make ourworkplaces safer by evaluating risk factors and developing specificrecommendations that affect both the physical environment and existing officemanagement and operation procedures.

CBRE will analyze the existing procedures of the company and the facilitymanagement service and provide recommendations to update existingprocedures, as well as to develop and implement new procedures and policiesto reduce risk factors.

as communication with suppliers about virus security

According to the World Health Organization, it is proposed to gradually reduce thecurrent measures on social distance.

In order to ensure the safety of employees, occupiers and owners can take specificsteps in advance to adapt the work environment and work processes that willsupport distancing, as well as other protective measures.

The CBRE team of engineers will provide a comprehensive assessment of theengineering systems of the building and premises, paying particular attention tomaintaining proper air exchange and avoiding stagnant areas. Our experts willprovide recommendations on carbon dioxide, PM 2.5, PM 10, humidity andtemperature control, non-contact sensors installation, copying equipmentplacement, as well as bactericidal sections installation where possible.

Each building and space has its own specifics and therefore not all standardmeasures can be universally used in a particular case.

In order to provide unique recommendations, CBRE will review all availabletechnical documentation and, in the absence of adequate information, willcarry out on-site visual inspections to obtain the necessary information.

As a result of the audit, we will provide recommendations on ventilation and airconditioning systems to improve air quality, water supply systems to ensurewater quality, as well as possible power and computer network measuresaimed at flexible transformation of premises.

Activities to improve the safety of employees in the office and to ensure the fight againstthe spread of viruses:

• Replacement and/or additional installation of non-contact equipment in commonareas (plumbing, dispensers, waste collection bins);

• Carrying out regular and additional disinfection of surfaces of workplaces ofemployees and engineering systems (manual, with the use of specializedequipment);
