MINUTES OF THE BAC MEETING HELD AT THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN SESSION HALL, LAST 11 JULY3

18The meeting started at 10:30 A.M. with a call to order by the BAC Chairman. The presence of a19

quorum was determined after the checking of attendance.20

The reading of the journal of the 20 June 2012 meeting was dispensed with but was considered22

approved.23

The first agendum for this meeting, the purchase requests submitted for the week, was56

discussed by the body. All these purchase requests were recommended by the BAC for shopping using57

Section 52, 1.b. of the revised IRR of RA 9184. These will be submitted for PhilGEPS posting and canvass58

only after the BAC had issued the necessary BAC resolutions and approved by the Mayor.59

For the second agendum, the purchase requests submitted for bidding, it was discussed and61

decided by the BAC to hold the bidding/rebidding activity on 17 July 2012 at 10:00 oclock in the62

morning for the Purchase of goods and at 2:00 P.M. for Infrastructure Projects at the Sangguniang Bayan63

Session Hall, Camaligan, Camarines Sur.64

For the other matters, it was discussed regarding the attendance of the BAC members, TWG and66Secretariat members and 1 Driver (10 pax) at the PhilGEPS Training for Government Agencies at67

eBlackBoards Solution, Inc. (eBBSI) Training Center, Anglo Building, Bgy. Wack-Wack, Greenhills East,68

Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City for the month of August 2012.69

After disposing all of its business for the day, the BAC adjourned at 11:45 A.M.71
