• Technical requirements to run TMM:

Technical Category Recommended Configuration

PC or compatible computer (Macs are not supported)

At least 700 MHz processor, 192 MB RAM, 30 MB hard drive space

MS Windows 95, 98, ME (NT4, 2000, or XP recommended)

Graphics card 16-bit colour with 800 x 600 resolution (24-bit colour & 1024 x 768 resolution recommended)

Sound card 16-bit Windows compatible

Internet browser Internet Explorer 5.0 or later (note: Firefox, Netscape, & other browsers not supported)

Software Administration

• Technical requirements to run TMM:Technical Category Recommended Configuration

Browser plug-ins (administrative rights are required to install these)

Flash Player 6.0.65.0 (Flash Player 7.0 or greater recommended); Java

Internet connection speed

128 Kb/s or greater

Auralog components Administrative rights are required to install these on each computer

Other hardware Speakers or headset; Microphone required for speech recognition, but program will work without it

Other software Email address recommended to receive information & system messages

Troubleshooting

• Pop-up blockers must be disabled

• In Internet Explorer 7, privacy settings must be set to low to avoid an error message

• If the computer gets hung up, activate the ActiveX controls (Settings are under the “Security” tab in “Internet Options”)

• If one of TMM pop-up windows comes up as a black screen, Flash Player must be installed
