TRAINING TO RACE, RACING TO WINIntegrating and AcceleratingThe Athletes Without Limits model utilizes integration in training and racing to maximize the benefits for people with a disability. Each prospective rower is evaluated and before advancing he/she must meet safety and skill milestones. Regardless of their level, all athletes train and race in an integrated environment. Our team competes in adaptive, novice and open races.

Year-Round Training & Competition From dry land erg and conditioning sessions to on-water practices, our coaches and partner rowers focus on providing athletes with intellectual disability the skills, techniques, teamwork and leadership lessons to be safe and successful on and off the water. Our rowing program provides great benefits for athletes to grow athletically, personally and socially within the rowing community.
