o Procedures for reporting and analyzing of non-conformities, accidents and hazardous occurrences reports.
o Maintenance system to safeguard the vessel’s condition at safe levels at all times
o Internal audit system and management reviews to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of the System
o Document control for supporting the proper implementation of the System

Performance Measurement, Analysis & Improvement
o Audit & inspection results are analyzed in fleet-group meetings for establishing action plans for improvement.
o PSC remarks are immediately communicated to the Flag and Class, also advising on the corrective and preventive actions.
o Inspection remarks and action plans are communicated to the whole fleet.
o A KPI system is applied to assess the present status and set targets for improvement.
o In March 2012 the Company completed TMSA audit by Lukoil.
o Target for 2013 is to complete 2 Oil Majors TMSA audits.
