Sourcing In HR:-

Sourcing is a talent management discipline which is focused on the identification, assessment and engagement of skilled worker candidates through proactive recruiting techniques.

Sourcing In Recruitment:-Sourcing in recruitment refers to the identification and uncovering of candidates through proactive recruiting methodologies. Talent sourcing strategies are formulated to fit a certain industry and targeted profiles so that the best candidates from both active and passive talent pools will be found.

Synonymous with "hiring" in American English. Recruitment refers to the overall process of

attracting, selecting and appointing suitable candidates for jobs (either permanent or temporary) within an organization.

Recruitment can also refer to processes involved in choosing individuals for unpaid positions, such as voluntary roles or unpaid trainee roles.

W2:

Tax term form sent to the employees at the end of the each year, which shows

details salary and tax deductions.

1099:

A 1099 is a tax form sent to a contractor to detail what was paid for work done

for the company by the contractor. Contractor and self employed person who

have required document as per the federal law can pay their own taxes. 

Corp to Corp:

When company hires consultants from subcontracting company in

that case his existing employer will be taken care of all his taxes,

What is VISA?

Visa is an entry clearance certificate that is placed in a travel or passport document, which gives you permission to enter into applied country.
