AFDELING 2 VRAAG 1 [18] ‛n Groot finansiële instelling het onlangs ‛n nuwe telesentrum geopen om die meeste van die kliënte se navrae te hanteer. Voor die telesentrum geopen is, het die telefoonoperateurs intensiewe opleiding ondergaan ten einde hulle kommunikasievaardighede te verbeter.
