These high energy efficient roof windows havebeen designed and stringently tested to providethe ultimate in energy efficient performance.Security is also a priority and every window features a range of security features and lockswhich makes it intruder-proof. The window is fitted with laminated and burglary-resistant P2A glazing preventing the breakage and removal of the glass.

INTERNAL LIGHTING

We will provide you with differentoptions of internal lighting types toselect from to ensure you have thelighting of your choice. The lights canbe fitted in the ridge bulkhead or anewly installed lighting pelmet whichwill be made in plaster and will matchthe interior decoration of your roof.

EXTERNAL LIGHTING

The unique design of an Archerliteroof will incorporate an external fasciaand deep soffit. You have the optionto choose external LED lighting thatcan be fitted into the soffit to createan incredible night time feature. Withlong life and low running costs theseexternal LED lighting features can beleft on all night in areas wheresecurity is required.

EXTERNAL FLASHINGS

Precise designed flashing details ensurea neat and durable fit with the roofingmaterial used. The purpose of flashingis to ensure good drainage away fromthe window and to provide protectionfrom the elements. All flashings aremanufactured using aluminium asstandard, permanently protected withpolyester varnish. The standard colour isbrown RAL 7022 which matches wellwith most roofing finishes.
