The first sheet is a list of the backlog items and their size triplets. For convenience, there is also an inclusion flag: A ‘1’ means the item is included in the plan. This makes it easy to develop plan alternatives and to track ongoing plans, moving the flag to ‘0’ when the item is completed or now out of plan.
