Dziś Kościół celebruje największe święto roku liturgicznego. Radość z tego święta jest rozciągnięta na osiem dni - Oktawę Wielkanocy, kończącą się w następną niedzielę. Miłosierdzia Bożego Do liturgii Mszy świętych i Liturgii Godzin powracają radosne śpiewy "Alleluja", "Chwała na wysokości Bogu" oraz "Ciebie, Boga, wysławiamy". Easter is a Season of Joy, Light and Peace; it runs from Easter Sunday, April 1st to Pentecost, May 20, 2018 The Easter Octave runs from Easter Sunday to the 2nd Sunday of Easter April 8th Friday of this week is not a day of penance; it is the First Friday so the Adoration will start at 6:00PM A Thought about Easter "O Death, where is your sting? O Hell, where is your victory? Christ is risen, and you are overthrown. Christ is risen, and the demons are fallen. Christ is risen, and the angels rejoice. Christ is risen, and life reigns. Christ is ris-en, and not one dead remains in the grave. For Christ, being risen from the dead, is become the first fruits of those who have fallen asleep. To Him be glory and dominion unto ages of ages." (St. John Chrysostom, Easter Homily) During Easter Season instead of the Angel of the Lord we recite the Queen of Heaven Rejoice. Alleluia V. El Tiempo Pascual comienza el domingo 1ro de abril hasta el domingo 20 de mayo (Pentecostés) La Octava de Pascua u ocho días de celebración va desde el domingo 1 de abril al domingo 8 de abril. El viernes 6 de abril NO es día penitencial y, por ser Primer Viernes de abril la Adoración Eucarística comenzara a las 6:00PM.
