AICTE shall not be able to update any such payment record as hand filled challan shall not have the corresponding Institutiondetails at AICTE end for payment status updation, which will affect institution approval process.

b Institutions which do not follow the AICTE guidelines shall be responsible for rejection/ delay in updation of their application and neither AICTE nor the Collecting Bank shall be responsible for any such consequence."
