During the 2019 Northwestern Lumber Association trade shows, a limited number of exhibiting companies will have the opportunity to present a condensed, 10-minute educational product demo - or “pit stop” - right in their booth during trade show hours! Advance promotion, prominent signage, and NLA staff announcements will help draw attendees to your presentation. Demonstration applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Pit Stop Demonstration Guidelines: Your company must be exhibiting at the trade show. Demonstrations should be an educational presentation on the product. Demonstrations are limited to 10 minutes and will take place in the exhibitor’s booth during assigned time slots during trade show hours. Exhibitor is responsible for providing all necessary audio/visual needed. If electric power is needed, exhibitors should pre-order using the electrical order forms found on the NLA website. All props/materials used during the demonstration must meet the convention center and fire marshal approval. All props/materials used during the demonstration must be removed or disposed of off-site. No on-site debris disposal is permitted. Arranging storage space (if needed) before/after the demonstration is the responsibility of the exhibiting company. Interested?
