During the 2019 Northwestern Lumber Association trade shows, a limited number of exhibiting companies will have the opportunity to present a condensed, 10-minute educational product demo - or “pit stop” - right in their booth during trade show hours! Advance promotion, prominent signage, and NLA staff announcements will help draw attendees to your presentation. Demonstration applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Pit Stop Demonstration Guidelines: • Your company must be exhibiting at the trade show. • Demonstrations should be an educational presentation on the product. • Demonstrations are limited to 10 minutes and will take place in the exhibitor’s booth during assigned time slots during trade show hours. • Exhibitor is responsible for providing all necessary audio/visual needed. If electric power is needed, exhibitors should pre-order using the electrical order forms found on the NLA website. • All props/materials used during the demonstration must meet the convention center and fire marshal approval. • All props/materials used during the demonstration must be removed or disposed of off-site. No on-site debris disposal is permitted. • Arranging storage space (if needed) before/after the demonstration is the responsibility of the exhibiting company. Interested?
