Subject this Week: The Last Generation by Gary Stearman: Speaking from the 2016 Strategic Perspectives Conference, Gary takes us on a fascinating journey of the future as seen through the lens of the Bible. We find that of the thousands of prophecies made in the Bible, only about 500 have yet to be fulfilled. Stearman says they are about to be fulfilled as a part of God's coming wrath. In the "Last Generation," we will see the convergence of three frameworks melded together: religious, economic and political. It is all part of the one world

government that secular events are now pointing towards. The Bible tells us that this time will be worse than the days of Noah. Due to God's wrath, 1/3 of the entire earth will be scorched. When? We don't know. But the time is getting short. Join us!

Three important topics for prayer are:

• for the appointment of federal judges to the several current vacancies. Please pray for judges to be appointed who are aware of and respect America's rich Christian traditions and the need for unbiased rulings concerning freedom of religion for those who serve the public in various businesses.

• for fair and reasonable immigration policies that will sufficiently vet those coming into our country. Pray that those who are here illegally and/or have criminal records will be deported. Pray for our courts to stand with our president on these issues.

• for marriage and family issues. We need strong families and strong marriages, based on God's original plan, clearly laid out in the Bible. Pray that parents will educate their children about Biblical marriage.

Prayer letter June – July 2017 Dear Brethren: Praying all is well with you and yours. Here in the Northwest our weather has been a little out of season. We have had warm sunny days, a couple of hot (in the mid 90’s) days, a couple of days of hail and of course rain, and more rain. But we are so thankful for all the days God has given us. The church in Salem is doing well. We have seen God’s hand in the lives of the congregation and we are blessed to be part of God’s ministry. Maria has started a new chemo medication. It is capsules, which she takes every night. We are praying that the side effects are not as bad as the IV chemotherapy. So far, it’s been a week since she started taking it, and she seems to tolerate it well. This treatment is used as a maintenance therapy for recurrent ovarian cancer. We so thankful to God for the oncologist, doctors and nurses who have been so kind and helpful in this trying time. Thank you for all your much needed prayers and support. Please pray for:Please pray for:Please pray for:Please pray for:
