ANTHONY LEACH BIOGRAPHY Creative, versatile and driven are three words that would describe Anthony Leach. From Indianapolis, Indiana, Leach graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs Management and has enjoyed a decorated 28-year sales career. After being promoted twice in three years at Pepsi as well as being a state manager for Heublein, Inc. (now Diageo) with twice being honored with the Ring of Achievement award as a Top 5 state in the country in sales volume, Leach relocated to Chicago for eight years where he continued an accomplished sales management career. There he worked for The NutraSweet Company and Nabisco as a national account manager with responsibility for major accounts such as the Pepsico account group, Eby-Brown, Shell, Amoco and Walgreens. He was also served as a director while at NutraSweet managing national account managers and the Welch’s, Ocean Spray and Canfield’s businesses. He was also a successful region manager for a 15 states for Jostens steering the region with revenue growth from $60 million to $72 million in 3 years. While in Chicago in 1997, Leach also tested his entrepreneurial spirit as a magazine publisher for Urban Life magazine, a local/regional, general editorial magazine geared towards the African-American market. He was able to attract top advertisers such as Hanes, Ameritech, Smirnoff Vodka, Phillip Morris, V103 Radio and Mercedes Benz. The magazine was featured in Chicago Sun-Times, Chicago Tribune and Chicago Defender and was also featured on Minority Business Report, a national TV show. Leach returned to Indianapolis in 2000 to work for Miller Brewing Company as a senior manager for a top 10 U.S. distributor and also spent 8 years in the healthcare industry for Takeda. At Takeda, he was rewarded for his efforts with the Most Excellent Player regional award in 2004, 2006 and 2008.

Most recently, he ran a successful insurance agency, was a Managing Partner with JD Byrider and was President of 350 Communications, a publishing and communications entity that published Fishers Lifestyle in Fishers, Indiana. The company also handled events and marketing for the likes of the Mozel Sanders Foundation, National Sales Network and other organizations. Leach is currently Senior Sales Training Consultant for Roche Diagnostics in Fishers, Indiana.

Leach is active as founder and coach for Hoopmatics Basketball, a not-for-profit AAU team and was a 10-year board member of 100 Black Men of Indianapolis. He has also served on

various boards and committees in Indianapolis and Chicago such as the Boys and Girls Clubs of Indiana, Center for Leadership Development, United Silver Key Club and the Indiana University Neal-Marshall Fundraising Committee. Leach has two sons – Grant, a student/basketball player at University of Missouri – Kansas City (UMKC) and Maxwell, a 7 year old second grader.
