Annunciation Parish Mission Statement:

Strengthened by the Eucharist, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and sent by Christ we seek by worship and service to compassionately

meet the corporal and spiritual needs of our parish family and beyond. We desire to warmly welcome the stranger and one another,

and together reach a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. In doing this, we are committed to the caring and ongoing Christian for-

mation of others by providing opportunities for spiritual, intellectual, and social growth within our faith and local community.

For those who are new or returning to the parish, we would like to welcome you to our Catholic community.

In this bulletin you will find many opportunities to be enriched and involved. If you would like to register as

a member or have any questions, call us at 978-632-0253, email us at [email protected], or

stop by the Parish Office during the week.

Praying for Our Sons and Daughters: Placing Them in the

Heart of God.

UPCOMING EVENT:

PRAYING FOR OUR ADULT

SONS AND DAUGHTERS

Even when our children become adults

we still worry and care about them. One

way we can express our care is to lift

them up in prayer. When we do so God’s

love for them - and us - is unleashed.

Parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles

are invited to join us on Saturday, Febru-

ary 9

th

, from 10a.m. to 2 p.m. at Holy

Rosary for a workshop lead by John and

Therese Boucher on praying for our adult

children. The suggested donation will be

$15 per person and will include a light

lunch and a copy of their book Praying

for our Adult Sons and Daughters:

Placing Them in the Heart of God.

Registration forms will be available at the

back of church or you may register

through our website at https://

annunciationgardner.org/praying-for-our-

adult-sons-and-daughters. You may

locate this link from the home website

page under the “Faith Formation Tab.”

Intercessory Prayer Ministry

With Jesus, our Intercessor, and the

Holy Spirit, the Light that guides us, we

gather together twice a month for one

hour to pray for the needs of our faith

community and the world. We offer our

petitions and give praise, honor, and

thanks to our heavenly Father for His

unconditional love and mercy through

various prayers of the Church, song,

Sacred Scripture, silent reflection and

sharing.

If this prayer style interests you, consid-

er joining us.

For further information please contact

Louise Plamondon at 978-632-8679
