Winter 2021 Grapple trucks can make your operations of bulk waste collection & storm debris much safer and efficient. This past year, SWS celebrated 30 years in business. We have grown to three physical locations; Spokane, WA, Tacoma, WA, and Sherwood, OR and over 50 employees. We are grateful for the thirty plus years of support from SWS employees, as well as customers past and present. Currently we serve Washington, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Alaska. Between the three locations, SWS has a fleet of sixteen mobile service trucks fully equipped with the parts and tools needed to service any truck or piece of equipment in the field. Customer satisfaction with our equipment, parts selection and service capabilities is top priority at SWS. We take pride in going the extra mile in order to achieve this. A major part of our growth has been the growth, in size and experience, of our sales team. Our territories have expanded over the years, and with that so has our sales staff. We have an excellent group of eight sales reps who work diligently to serve our custom- ers. Dave Crossley, Western Washington Sales Manager, has been with SWS for over 20 years and sells refuse trucks, container carriers, roll-off trucks, and grapple trucks in Western Washington. James Long, with over 18 years at SWS, sells sewer trucks and pipeline inspection equipment in Western Washington. Chad Hartje steps up with over 13 years and sells compactors and balers in Western Washington. Brent Wakeman has been with SWS for over 4 years and sells compactors and balers in Western Wash- ington. Skyler Sharpe clocks in with over 13 years and sells sewer trucks, pipeline inspection equipment, compactors, and balers, and refuse trucks in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. Phil Davison began his career with SWS over 12 years ago and sells sewer trucks, pipeline inspection equipment, compactors and balers, street sweepers and refuse trucks in Eastern Washington and Southern Idaho. Roger Beatty started with SWS over 6 years ago and sells all our products to the entire state of Montana. Our newest sales rep is Shane Gutridge who has been with SWS for over 2 years and sells sewer equipment and pipeline inspection equipment, container carriers, roll-off trucks and used refuse trucks to our newest added territory, Oregon. In addition to our sales force, we also have a great team of inside sales reps, office and parts staff, service technicians, welders, and mechanics that we will feature in future newsletters.
