Provide

(1) all data requirements at the General Level and

(2) two or more criteria from the list in the MDTs, including the following required data:

complete the highest-level developmental class, pass rates and/or grades in the subsequent college-level course.

Advanced-Level data requires a comparison of student outcomes before and after implementing Action Plan.

Baseline Data

• Summarize major trends and patterns in baseline data.

Review Procedures

♦ About 16-20 weeks once in reviewers’ hands.

♦ Notification: Approved, Pending, Not Approved.

♦ Recognition at annual NADE conference.

♦ Certified programs are entered into NADE database for certified programs.

♦ Certification Application and Documentation binder is archived.

♦ Certification is valid for 7 years.
