Alumnae Communications Alumnae Relations and University Marketing continue to improve the alumnae webpages,

which now allow our alumnae to access timely information about programs, events, volunteerism and networking.

Quarterly Updates are now included in each Alumnae E-News and also archived onto the website. Updates act as a progress report from the executive committee and board chairs.

Alumnae E-News continues to be sent quarterly (July, April, June, October). We are seeing higher open rates than in 2016 and early 2017. A new format will make it easier for alums to open from their mobile device.

Each class receives one letter per year with information about alumnae and university events and updates. Milestone anniversary classes could receive up to two letters.

Letters will either be mailed or emailed and then archived onto the new class letter webpage.• High open and click rates have been seen from all of the email messaging.

Class delegates serve as the bridge between the Alumnae Office and alums, writing introduction paragraphs for their class’ letters with warm greetings and fond memories. The number of class delegates continues to grow. Currently there are 48 delegates representing 32 class years.

The Patron Experience Plan to improve the patron parking layout and show grounds was successful.

The show increased its attendance by almost 500 (5,800+ estimated patrons) due to enhanced marketing tactics and grassroots advertising efforts.

• An ad has been placed with the Wisconsin Tourism Bureau in the Art and Craft Fairs Guide for 2018.

We have increased our artist recruitment tactics for 2018 by utilizing our large Facebook following.

Between the 2018 and 2019 shows, we will kick off the 50th anniversary of the show promoting its history and student scholarship support.
