BEHIND THE POSTERS:ese were created for 3G backin 2010 as three individual gicle canvas prints. e show was atribute to the classic 80s movies:e Goonies, Ghostbusters, andGremlins. I called the series Part of this Complete Breakfast. eidea to make the films into cereal boxes came about when I wasfood shopping. I saw a cereal box that had an ad for an upcomingmovie tie-in and thought to myself, What would happen if thecereal was transformed into that movie, rather than just comingwith a toy or movie ticket? I also knew that some of these movieswere likely made into actual cereals back in the 80s, but mine weremeant to be more of a spoof.

Back to the Future[see Ians site] was the fourth and final prinadded to this series, and was created as a custom commission; apurchaser loved the series so much that he wanted his favorite film[Back to the Future] recreated in the same style.INFLUENCES:First and foremost is all things retro. I lovethe style of the 1940s through the 1960sthe animation, decoradvertising, architecture, fashion, etc. I also love the works of WalDisney (and his lovely theme parks), Tex Avery, Chuck Jones, UPA
