The Alkaviva compensation plan was designed formultiple purposes. First and foremost was to be fair andexciting to our newest Associates. The influx of newAssociates and the excitement they bring to the organizationwill ensure the continued growth of AlkaViva around theworld.

As our goal is worldwide distribution of our superiorproduct line, the compensation plan must generate a pathof success for the Associate. This path must start with a solidincome at the front of the plan, while providing continualmotivation to reach for the top.

Binary Team Structure Illustration

EXAMPLE:• The left team has a volume of

12,000 BV

• The right team has a volume of9,000 BV

• Now the computer will calculate10% of the lesser amount of 9,000BV and pay $900.

• Then the computer will subtract9,000 BV of volume from each leg,leaving the left team with 3,000 BVand the right team with 0 BV tobegin the following week’s payperiod.

• This “held” volume from week toweek will never be reset or“flushed” as long as the Associatestays active within the AlkaVivastructure.

• The binary pay is “capped” at$25,000 per week to ensure theintegrity of the entirecompensation plan.
