WHY THE COMPENSATION PLAN?

1. Project Gavea wishes to reach millions of people, to help them become financially independent and to provide adequate business training, support and access to soft loans for all our participants. But, no matter how much we advertise, we cannot reach all the people we want.

2. So, we encourage our participants to become Affiliates and help us spread the good news about Project Gavea to their families, friends, neighbours, colleagues and classmates. We designed our compensation plan to pay you for such efforts!!!

SUMMARY OF THE COMPENSATION PLAN

Page 7: Compensation Plan for Affiliates. CONTENTS 1.Why the Compensation Plan? 2.Summary of the Compensation Plan. 3.Vocabulary of the Compensation Plan. 4.Illustration.

1. Our Compensation Programme consists of two simple stages – the Primary Income Board (PIB) and the Secondary Income Board (SIB). Affiliate participants receive commissions by progressing through each stage.

2. When an Affiliate progresses through the PIB, he earns N6,000.00 cash reward paid directly and instantly to the Affiliate’s e-wallet. Similarly, an Affiliate earns N100,000.00 instant commissions for progressing through the SIB.

Summary of the Compensation Plan

3. These earned commissions can be easily withdrawn into such affiliates’ bank accounts on payout request.

1. In order to truly understand the Project Gavea compensation programme, there are some important words and expressions you need to be familiar with. These words, terms and expressions are explained in the succeeding paragraphs.

2. Participant. Every registered member of Project Gavea is called a “Participant”.

Vocabulary of the Compensation Plan

3. Affiliate. An Affiliate of Project Gavea is a Participant who chooses to promote Project Gavea to other people in exchange for some rewards. That is, they introduce other people to Project Gavea and when those people eventually join, the Affiliates who introduced them are rewarded by Project Gavea.

Page 10: Compensation Plan for Affiliates. CONTENTS 1.Why the Compensation Plan? 2.Summary of the Compensation Plan. 3.Vocabulary of the Compensation Plan. 4.Illustration.

4. Boards. This describes a compensation board which comprises of 7 positions arranged one at the top, two in the middle and four at the bottom levels. These positions are filled by people when they join Project Gavea and every time the 7 positions are filled, the person occupying the top position moves to a different level and the remaining 6 people are shared into 2 new boards in a process called splitting.

Vocabulary of the Compensation Plan

5. Splitting. This is the break up of a filled board into two new boards by the system. A new board normally has 3 people filling the top 3 positions with 4 empty positions in the lowest level waiting to be filled. Once the bottom 4 empty positions are filled, the board becomes full thereby allowing the man on the top to graduate out of that board; leaving behind 6 other people who must now be divided 3-each into 2 new boards.

Page 11: Compensation Plan for Affiliates. CONTENTS 1.Why the Compensation Plan? 2.Summary of the Compensation Plan. 3.Vocabulary of the Compensation Plan. 4.Illustration.

6. Board Graduation. This occurs when the person heading a compensation board gets an opportunity to move to the next level as a result of his board splitting. Boards will only split when the four lowest level positions get filled. Then, such persons are said to have “graduated” from that board.

Vocabulary of the Compensation Plan

7. Cycle. When a member graduates from both the Primary Income Board (PIB) and the Secondary Income Board (SIB) he is said to have completed one cycle of the compensation plan. It is also common to hear that such members have “cycled”. When this happens, such members are automatically taken to a new PIB to begin the whole cycle process all over again. There are usually some company bonuses and incentives when a member is able to cycle a number of times within a specified period.

Page 12: Compensation Plan for Affiliates. CONTENTS 1.Why the Compensation Plan? 2.Summary of the Compensation Plan. 3.Vocabulary of the Compensation Plan. 4.Illustration.

8. Commission. This refers to the financial reward paid to any member who graduates from any board on the Project Gavea compensation programme.

Vocabulary of the Compensation Plan

9. Upline. The person who sponsored you or introduced you to Project Gavea is called your “upline” or “sponsor”.

10. Downline. Your downline is any person you introduced to Project Gavea. There are direct and indirect downlines. Those people you directly sponsored with your username are called your direct downlines. Those people who were sponsored into Project Gavea by your downlines are called your indirect downlines (since you were not the one who sponsored them directly, but they still form part of your family network in Project Gavea)

Page 13: Compensation Plan for Affiliates. CONTENTS 1.Why the Compensation Plan? 2.Summary of the Compensation Plan. 3.Vocabulary of the Compensation Plan. 4.Illustration.

11. Referral Mark. The Project Gavea system requires an automatic indicator on a board to show who introduced who to that board. A referral mark is the username of the person you introduced to Project Gavea written in smaller sized font under your own username on the board. Although you can introduce as many people as possible to Project Gavea, you cannot have more than 2 referral marks. If you introduce more than 2 people, the extra referral marks will be allocated to your downlines as spillovers.

Vocabulary of the Compensation Plan

Page 14: Compensation Plan for Affiliates. CONTENTS 1.Why the Compensation Plan? 2.Summary of the Compensation Plan. 3.Vocabulary of the Compensation Plan. 4.Illustration.

12. Spillover. This describes the situation whereby a person on the board receives a referral mark for a downline he did not personally introduce. The system gives you a maximum of 2 referral marks for the downlines you introduce. If you introduce more than 2 people, the system will record the extra persons as your direct referrals but give their referral marks one each to your earlier downlines in the order in which you introduced them.

Vocabulary of the Compensation Plan

Page 15: Compensation Plan for Affiliates. CONTENTS 1.Why the Compensation Plan? 2.Summary of the Compensation Plan. 3.Vocabulary of the Compensation Plan. 4.Illustration.

12. Spillover (Continued). For instance, if you introduce Ahmed, Usman, Johnson, Gloria and Okon to Project Gavea, the system will record all these 5 persons as your direct downlines. However, since you cannot have more than 2 referral marks on a board, the system will give you the referral marks for only Ahmed and Usman, who are your first 2 downlines. Thereafter, the system will allocate the referral mark for Johnson to Ahmed, even though it was you and not Ahmed who introduced Johnson. Likewise, Usman, your second downline, will receive the referral mark for Gloria, and Johnson will receive the referral mark for Okon. These are called “spillovers”.

Vocabulary of the Compensation Plan

Page 16: Compensation Plan for Affiliates. CONTENTS 1.Why the Compensation Plan? 2.Summary of the Compensation Plan. 3.Vocabulary of the Compensation Plan. 4.Illustration.

13. Qualification Status. This refers to the number of referral marks a person has at the time his board is splitting. Two referral marks is “fully qualified”, one referral mark is “partly qualified” and no referral mark is “unqualified”. When a board fills up and splits, the man heading that board graduates out of that board to the next level leaving behind 6 people who must be rearranged into 2 new boards. The rearrangement is done based on their qualification status.

14. Board ID. Every board on the Project Gavea network has an identifying number called the “Board ID”. As old boards split and new boards are created, the system allocates new unique Board IDs to the newly created boards. Boards are allocated ID numbers sequentially irrespective of whether they are Primary Income Boards or Secondary Income Boards. This means whenever a Board splits, whether it is a PIB or SIB, the system considers the last Board ID allocated and then allocate the next two numbers to the two newly created boards.

Page 18: Compensation Plan for Affiliates. CONTENTS 1.Why the Compensation Plan? 2.Summary of the Compensation Plan. 3.Vocabulary of the Compensation Plan. 4.Illustration.

Vocabulary of the Compensation Plan

15. Seniority on the Boards. The expression “seniority on the boards” refers to the relative order in which people came to a particular board. It is considered from top to bottom, left to right. Usually, when a board splits, the qualification status of the people on that board is used to arrange them in the two new boards to be created by the system. If two or more people have the same qualification status, then they are arranged in order of their “seniority on the board”.

This is how a typical Primary Income Board looks like. Adelanwa is heading the board and he has a REFERRAL MARK under his name, which indicates that he was the one who introduced Alfred to Project Gavea.

Alfred soon introduces his cousin James and his wife Ronke to Project Gavea. Notice how Alfred gets his referral marks as he does so.

Ronke told her Boss in the office, Mr. Solomon, about Project Gavea, he joins immediately and also registers his wife Linda.

Now that the Primary Income Board is filled, Adelanwa qualifies to proceed into the Secondary Income Board and he earns N6,000.00

The remaining 6 people will be split into 2 new boards according to their Qualification Status. In this board, Alfred is the most qualified with 2 Referral Marks. Ronke and Solomon both have one Referral Mark each, but Ronke is more qualified than Solomon by virtue of her seniority on this board; that is, she entered this board before Solomon.

James Ronke Solomon Linda

- Solomon - Linda

So, the Qualification List is in the following order: ALFRED first, RONKE second, SOLOMON third, MICHAEL fourth, JAMES fifth and LINDA sixth! Since 2 new boards will be created, ALFRED will head the first board while RONKE will head the second board. SOLOMON and MICHAEL will join ALFRED in the first board while JAMES and LINDA will follow RONKE to the second board.

So, this is how the two new boards will look like after the split. As long as you are qualified with Referral Marks, you will always move up towards the top of your board after every split.

Meanwhile, ADELANWA who graduated from the last Primary Income Board has now followed his upline, MUSA to the Secondary Income Board. Did you notice that the Secondary Board is green colour while the primary board is blue? Also, ADELANWA no longer has a Referral Mark, why? See the next slide for explanation!

ADELANWA lost his Referral Marks from the PIB because he is now in a new level, the SIB! So, he will only get his Referral Marks back when his downlines in the PIB graduate and come here to meet him too.

SOME HIGHLIGHTS OF THE COMPENSATION PLAN

Page 30: Compensation Plan for Affiliates. CONTENTS 1.Why the Compensation Plan? 2.Summary of the Compensation Plan. 3.Vocabulary of the Compensation Plan. 4.Illustration.

1. When boards split, everybody has an opportunity to move one step towards the top of the board. However, priority is given to those who have Referral Marks over those who do not have.

2. It takes between 35 and 55 people in your family network, for you to cycle out once for a total commission of N106,000.00 paid instantly to you. The beauty of it is that, out of this number of people, perhaps you only directly introduced just two!

Some Highlights of the Compensation Plan

3. You can complete many cycles in one month!

4. Before you can request for your earned commissions to be paid to your bank account, you MUST have introduced at least two persons to Project Gavea! Otherwise, whatever commissions you earned based on the efforts of others will not be paid to you, but will remain in your e-wallet.

5. Our plan is the best because it is easy to understand, very fast to complete a cycle, and no one can fraudulently withdraw your earnings as we pay directly to your bank accounts.
