AsaBrandAmbassador(IndependentDistributor),it’simportanttounderstandhowyougetpaid.Aportionofeachsalegeneratedwithin your organization may trigger one or morewaysforyoutoearncommissions.Asyoureadthroughthiscompensationexplanation,you’llunderstandhowyou’rerewardedineachareaofthecompensationplan.

ItisimportanttounderstandthatonlyqualifiedBrandAmbassadorsearncommissionsandinordertoreceivecommissionoverridesonyourgroupsalesyouwillneedtosatisfyminimumpersonalsalesrequirementbasedonyourrank.Forfurtherexplanationseerankandpinlevelsbelow.

KannawayBrandAmbassadorsmustbeof18yearsoroldertoenroll.

REQUIREMENT 1

RegistertobecomeaKannawayBrand Ambassador(IndependentDistributor)byenrollingonlineandpayingtherequiredBrandAmbassadorfee.

Whensellingthroughthewebsiteinthesecondoption,youareeligibletoearnbothretailcommissionasthedifferencebetweenwholesaleandretailANDdirectsalescommissions.Directsalescommissionsforeveryretailorderplacedwithinthefirst30dayswillpaya30%DSC,15%CheckMatch,and55%tomonthlyresidualcommissions.Afterthefirst30days,a30%DSCwillpayoneveryorder,withtheremaining70%paidthroughmonthlyresidualcommissions.Forexample,ifyousoldabottleofPureGoldatretailprice,$187.99,youwillbepaidthedifferencebetween$187.99and$155.99,comingoutto$32PLUSthedirectsalescommissionof30%ofCV,$16.50.

Whensomeoneredeemsagiftcardonaretailpurchase,theprofitbetweenthewholesalepriceandtheretailpriceisreducedbythegiftcardamount.DirectsalescommissionsarepaidonthefollowingFridayfromtheweektheyaremade,andresidualsalescommissionsarepaidonthe15thofthefollowingmonth.

AllcustomersalesareregardedasPersonalVolume,thesameasanypersonallyplacedordersbyanyBA.ThereisnopurchaseofproductrequiredtobeaBrandAmbassador.Personalvolumerequirementsperrankcanalwaysbesatisfiedthroughthesaleofproducttoeitheraretailcustomerorapreferredcustomer.

AsaKannawayPreferredCustomertheywillbegivenasecurebackofficeaccounttotracktheirorderhistoryandmanagetheirSmartShipDeliveries.PreferredCustomerswill also receive a FREE Kannaway website to refer customerstoandhavetheopportunitytoearnFREEproductinthe3forFREEProgram.

The3forFREEProgramissimple.PreferredCustomersandBrandAmbassadorscanearnFREEproductbyreferring3Kannawaycustomers.TheamountofFREEproductthatcanbeearnedisbasedontheaverageproductordersofalltheirKannawaycustomersreferred,nottoexceedtheBrandAmbassadororPreferredCustomersSmartShiporderduringtheearnedmonth.

Somecustomersprefertohavetheirordersshippeddirectlytothemeachmonthwithouthavingtohasslewithrememberingtoplaceaneworder,whichiswhatwecallSmartShipatKannaway.CustomerswhoenrollintheSmartShipprogrambecomeKannawayPreferredCustomers.RegistrationintheSmartShipprogramisFREEandasaKannawayPreferred

CustomertheywillhavetheabilitytobuytheirKannawayproductsatwholesaleandevenearnFREEproductbyreferringotherCustomersinour3andYoursisFREEprogram.

Duplicationisthekeytolong-termsuccessinRelationshipMarketingandtohelpourBrandAmbassadorscreateacultureofteamwork.Wepaya50%checkmatchonallDirectSalescommissionstoqualifyingteammembers.

TheDSCMatchingCommissionsispaidontheentireDSCearnedevenifitisatripleDSC.The50%DSCCheckMatchingCommissionissplitandpaidasfollows.

20% is paid to the enrollees sponsor and 30% is split between leadership rank codes and 7 levels of upline team members(following the sponsor tree) as shown in the charts below:

Forexample:IfyouearntheMIGqualifiedrankofAreaDirectoronJanuary15th,Februaryisyourqualifiedmonth,aslongasyoumaintainAreaDirectorrankoraboveforthemonthofFebruary.InFebruaryyouearn$2,000incompensation,soyourMIGCommissionis$500.$500isthedifferencebetweenyourMIGof$2,500andyourearnedcompensationof$2,000.

TheMIGCommissionispaidonthe15thofthemonthfollowingthefirstcompletecalendarmonthafteryouachievetheMIGqualifiedrank.

Organizational Structure

WhenanewBrandAmbassadorissponsored,theygointotheSponsorTreeasaLevel1,or“frontline,”totheBrandAmbassadorwhosponsoredthem.DirectSaleCommissions(DSC),50%CodedDSCCheckMatch,TeamOverride,andCodedInfinitycommissionsarepaidbasedontheSponsorTree.

TheKannawaycompensationplanallowsthesponsoringBrandAmbassadortheabilitytosponsoraBrandAmbassadorandplacethemunderanotherBrandAmbassadorontheirteamwithin7daysfromthedateofenrollment.ThesponsoringBrandAmbassadorwillstillmaintainsponsorshipandwillreceiveallsponsorcommissions.
