Jonas (The Giver)O In the book The Giver,

Jonas lives in a community where there is rules and specific jobs given to them. Jonas is given the job of the Receiver of Memory and will get training about the truth of the community and life.

Jonas (Resolution)O As Jonas understands

what the community hasn’t been telling the people as in releases and the way of color and feeling Jonas leaves the community on a bike taking a soon to be released child with him.

Zebra (Literature book)O On pages 184-203,

the short story “Zebra” was about a boy named Adam who liked to run until suddenly he got hit by a car and was told he couldn’t run like that ever again.

Zebra (Resolution)O Adam found out

that instead of running he saw that he can take a art class and improve his drawing. Adam drew a helicopter. Eventually Adam was healed later on.

Lance Armstrong (Literature Book)

O On pages 792-795 the story “It’s not about the bike” was about Lance’s problem about him getting cancer. All threw this time Lance Armstrong was in the hospital.

O While in the hospital LaTrice Haney was taking care Lance and show as much care as anyone else as in she would come to check on him on late afternoons and evenings. Lance finally survived Cancer.

What I learned…O I learned that

everyone has their own problems which means every must have their own way of solving it. The key is everyone willing to never give up on the problem. -----------------
