Introduct ion:

Sahih International And to Allah belong the best names, so invoke Him by them. And leave [the company of] those who practice deviation concerning His names. They will be recompensed for what they have been doing. The names of Allah are the greatest delight of this world. Prophet Muhammad (Salelaho alihi wasslam) told us that there are 99 names of Allah and whoever memorises them will enter Jannah. These names of Allah should have an affect

on the person. This doesn’t mean that you should memorize the names it is actually to live by these names. We should;

• First of all know the word that is the Name of Allah • We should know its meaning. For e.g. Al Wahaab means the One who

bestows with gifts and doesn’t asks for anything from us. • We should remember Allah and invoke Allah with His names. It should

change the state of the person. When you know that how Allah is so merciful and forgiving and He deals with us with His mercy. So we need to be merciful with people and forgive each other. The solution for all the problems is to know Allah and act accordingly. You should develop the love of Allah in people through His Names.

When we know the beautiful names of Allah then our attitude will change accordingly. We should call Allah and make duas according to His names. We know name of Allah Al Fattah then u can see that something is closing for you so you u can say Ya Fattah Iftahli “Oh Opener open for me”. When u get to know a name its like Allah is guiding you that ask me using this name. Allah wants you to ask through His Name. When Allah tells He is Hadi then we need to ask Him guidance, when we leran Ayah al Kursi we will know that we should not associate anyone with Allah. If you are being humiliated you can say Ya Azeez give me honor. The other way that you can use the Name of Allah is that when you think about the day and you relate everything in your day with Allah and His attributes. All goodness is attached to ALLAH and any bad should be associated towards you. If you want appreciation of Allah then appreciate others. When you want mercy from ALLAH then be merciful to people. If you want forgiveness then forgive others. This is how you apply the name of Allah. Human beings love gifts and we get the best gifts from Al Wahaab. Allah gives His servants without stopping and we don’t even ask and He keeps blessing. Our life is a gift, our waking up in the morning is a gift, and anything that we enjoy in our life is a gift. Allah is Al Wahaab is from beginning even when we didn’t exist. We mentioned that Allah mentioned gifts in Quran one of them are spouses and children. Husband and wife is a gift from Allah, if we think that our spouse is a gift from Allah so it will make us appreciative. Then the mercy from Allah is a gift from Allah (Subhanhu taala). One lady tied a cat and didn’t gave it food till the cat died so prophet Muhamamd (Sallelaho alihi wasslam) said that she will be in Hell fire. So we need to be merciful to people and to animals. Allah divided mercy into 100 parts and kept 99 with Him and gave 1 in this world so mercy is a gift from Allah. In Surah Maryam you will find the Name of Allah Ar Rahman.

And We gave them of Our mercy, and we made for them a reputation of high honor. Allah gave mercy to Ibrahim, Ismail and Ishaq. When a person is learning Deen and they get knowledge it is a gift from Allah. Allah also granted them with Righteous good deeds. Allah gave numerous messengers from their offspring. This is the mercy of Allah towards them. Allah made their tongue truthful means that one of the gifts to them was that Allah gave them good reputation after their death. The gift of Allah is that how people will remember after someone’s death. There good reputation is high and its not hidden. The best is to have a good reputation with Allah (Subhan hu taala). When you know Allah then you will ask big from Allah and not small things.

And We gave him out of Our mercy his brother Aaron as a prophet. Musa asked Allah to make Haron(AS) his brother help and support for him. Allah gifted him with Haron (AS) and made him a prophet. This is the special mercy of Allah and the gift here is mercy from Allah. There should be no boundary between you and Allah. You should ask whatever you want from Allah.

[Who say], "Our Lord, let not our hearts deviate after You have guided us and grant us from Yourself mercy. Indeed, You are the Bestower. This is Dua for stability in your Emaan. The more strong in faith the more you should ask Allah to keep yourself firm and keep you on hidaya. Ask Him that Allah don’t take Hidaya from my heart. Here we find evidence that Hidaya is a gift from Allah in a form of mercy. From these Ayahs we have learnt that we get Allah’s mercy in different forms. So we need to recognize the gifts from Allah and appreciate.
