Jump Rope for Heart Araluen Christian College students will be participating in Jump Rope for Heart on the 19th May. This is the Thursday of week six and staff

and students will enjoy a morning of skipping, exercise and activities.

This event is a fun, healthy, and active fundraiser for the Heart Foundation. To participate, the students are asked to contribute a gold coin

donation on the day which goes towards our fundraising total.

Students will also be encouraged to individually fundraise for the Heart Foundation and your child will have received a form at school this

week. The prizes that can be won by children going the extra effort to fundraise are displayed in the leaflet. There are some great prizes

to ‘win’.

The preferred and easiest way to register individual student is via the online link. It is an easy to use system and can be found at http://

jumprope.everydayhero.do/jumprope2016/tool/?group=Araluen-Christian-School-ALICE-SPRINGS-NT-116119 This form of fundraising

will help the office staff greatly. Donors are also able to donate directly to a registered child’s account and also access tax deductible re-

ceipts online.

We will be practicing our skipping over the next few weeks at school! If there are any questions, feel free to seek out Nick Harder who is

coordinating this year’s Jump Rope for Heart.

Happy Skipping!
