EMPLOYEE SELF-SERVICE
Stream® adds a little user experience with employee interactivity. With employee self-service, data input which often becomes a nightmare to a system user, is now minimized as data input is done by employees.
Request for leave/ permit or medical claims can be made directly from e-mail clients such as Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes. These requests then will be passed to assigned personnel for authorization and eventually fed to Stream® database.
Employees also may check the status of their requests or their leave balances or even change allowed personnel records when occur.
DATA SECURITY
Stream® patented record level security ensures that only authorized personnel are eligible to access data of particular personnel. Access level can be granted to view only, update, or delete data.
FLEXIBILITY
Stream® is developed with a philosophy: "An application must be flexible enough to adapt into rapidly changing business environment and government regulations".

Stream® unleashes the power of information in the personnel database with powerful reports and inquiries.
An easy-to-use report generator is available to users who need a customized list/ report.
All reports can be exported to popular formats such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PDF or RTF.
Database inquiries are equipped with comprehensive parameters, filters, and sorting capabilities.
Statistics are available in graphic format to ensure high readability.
Moreover Stream® applications is accessible by Microsoft Excel Pivot Table for further analysis.
ORGANIZATION
Stream® is compatible to both simple organizations and even large corporations with many subsidiaries operating in different locations. For reporting purposes, each business unit can be segmented up to four levels as shown in Exhibit. 1. Employee rotation within corporation can be done easily. Just a click away and all necessary information will be transferred to new company. PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL
Performance appraisal is done by initially defining the standard performance for each position.
Performance indicators are weighted to match organization goals. Performance appraisal can be done on periodical basis as required by user.
When the appraisal is done, the performance measurement reports can be generated. Later on, they can be used to perform the compensation/ remuneration adjustment.
PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION
Personnel Administration module lies at the heart of Stream® Human Resource Information and Payroll System. It becomes the foundation to other modules.
Personnel Administration module provide a very comprehensive personnel records that mainly covers personal data, education history, job history, work experience, and dependents data.
A set of user definable fields are available to maintain subsidiary employee data.

MAN POWER PLANNING
Man Power Planning module serves as a budgeting tool for HR Executives. User may define monthly man power requirement for each position within a year, and based on defined salary standard, system will calculate estimated manpower expense.
RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATION
Recruitment process starts with a recruitment request. System will check if the request is budgeted. When budgeted, the system will generate a job opening memo, which is usually passed to advertising agency.
Applicants data will be recorded based on the request of the personalia. Recruitment process is user defined. System will also record all short-listed candidates interview / test schedules and results.
An applicant matching tool is available to user to extract applicant data that matches particular criteria from applicant database. When hiring decision is made, the applicant data will then be moved to personnel administration database.

TRAINING ADMINISTRATION
Personnel development starts with defining competency/ training requirement for each position. Training administration records training schedules for each personnel and when the competence/ certification will expire.
Training history records will help the company to find employees with particular competencies.
TIME & ATTENDANCE
Time & Attendance module can be setup to cater various shift and working patterns. Time & attendance data can be imported from any electronic clocking machine. Various employee leave types can be setup to fit organization requirements. Time & Attendance module is a prerequisite to Payroll module.
MEDICALCLAIM ADMINISTRATION
Stream® provides a detailed setting for medical allowance eligibility. When a claim is made, system will check the remaining balance for the particular allowance type.
System will also crosscheck dependents data records in personnel database if the claim is entitled to the employee's dependents.

PAYROLL
Stream® offers flexibility in terms of defining salary components, formulas, tax calculation, Jamsostek calculation, and retroactive payment calculation.Stream® Payroll processing is divided into two major processes:
1. Routine Processing includes a. Overtime calculation b. Loan payment c. Monthly tax calculation (supports Gross-up and Gross-net method) d. Salary payout e. Jamsostek reporting
2. Periodical Processing includes a. Loan administration b. Retroactive calculation c. Bonus / Holiday Allowance preparation d. SPT Reporting e. Salary Adjustmentt.
Tax reports cover both PPh 21 and PPh 26 tax reports for expatriate. Salary payment can be made through bank transfer to major banks in Indonesia. User also may import the external calculation from the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
