The Senior Team

Tim Nguyen, President/COO – Tim is the

founder of InHouse Solutions, as is also the

former owner of national escrow and notary

companies – In House Escrow and In House

Notary. He started the company and

orchestrated its growth.

Jennifer Creech, EVP – Jennifer brings 20+

years of senior management experience in

the mortgage industry to InHouse. She has

managed well over $5B annual production at

top rated lenders such as PNC/WAMU, RBC

and DeepGreen Financial.

Patrick McDaniel, CTO – Patrick brings over

17 years of technology experience. He

started his mortgage career at Option One

Mortgage when he became their CTO. He

took the lead on major projects at Argent

and Accredited Home Lenders focusing on

AUS, PE and LOS systems.

Chuck Johnson, SVP – Chuck brings over 19

years of sales management in the mortgage

industry. He spent 15 years at RBC/Prism

building national production. He’s managed

$5B in production and 380 loan officers.

Cassandra Hoag, Advisor – Cassie has been

a senior executive at both Fortune 50 and

start-up companies. Recipient of the 2006

Remarkable Women’s Entrepreneur to Watch

Award, she serves on several boards,

including Sunwest Bank.
