With the acquisition of the 42 acre North Charleston facility from Chevron Corpora-tion in 2007, Del�n Group USA began an impressive period of growth from humble beginnings into a full operating facility in 2009. The plant was initially built in 1910 and has more than 100 years of production history. Some of the major advantages of our location is the Port of Charleston’s 45 foot deep shipping channel, three rail spurs linking the site to both Norfolk Southern and CSX rail services and convenient inter-state access. The spacious plant has several large, above-ground storage tanks capable of holding up to 2.5 million gallons. There are an additional 100 smaller tanks strategically located throughout the facility for storage of petroleum additives and lubricating oils.

The plant currently operates a state-of-the-art production facility with six packaging lines and modern blow molding capability. Del�n has established itself as a leader in product development. Plans are underway to increase production capabilities with the addition of more packaging lines and viscosity-improver additive blending. Our experienced sta� monitor all phases of operations from raw material receipt to �nal shipment to insure that the highest quality of products reaches the customer. Here

at Del�n Group USA we blend and package a vast variety of products in sizes ranging from 8 ounce plastic bottles through bulk transport and railcar quantities.

Del�n’s product development team strives at all times to anticipate future environmental regulations in designing and developing products that will e�ciently maximize the demands and performance of next-generation automobile engines. Del�n Group’s on-site laboratory blends well-balanced combinations of today’s highest quality base stocks to exceed car manufacturer’s latest performance requirements and to provide fuel-e�cient formulations to our consumers. We are also proud to o�er custom private label service. Each formula is developed through extensive laboratory and consumer testing to achieve the highest quality to meet, or exceed, industry standards.
