Jane Austens biography Was born in 1775 in

Hampshire in England

She was the seventh childout of eight

In 1783 she moved toSouthampton

1785-1786 she went toAbbey boarding school

1782 and 1784 plays werestaged by the Austen family

In 1801 she and her family

moved to Bath where themost productive work wasdone

She died in Winchester in1817, aged 41.
