If the applicant has completed any graduate courses, an official transcript reflecting those courses would be helpful in the admissions process. LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION

Letters of recommendation should provide additional information regarding the candidate’s abilities. These recommendations should be obtained from individuals who know the applicant well and can present balanced evaluations and assessments. One letter should come from the applicant’s manager or management team. There is no form or set format to follow except that the letters should be completed on corporate or personal stationery. Evaluators should forward their recommendations directly to the Baylor Executive MBA Program Office.

PERSONAL ESSAYS The personal essays are an opportunity for candidates to express their unique qualifications, experience, and reasons for applying to the Baylor Executive MBA Program. Essays will be read only by the Admissions Committee and will be held in strict confidence. Answers should be typed and double-spaced. Please limit responses to 500 words per question. The first three essays are required and the fourth is optional.

1. What are your long-term career objectives? How do you see the attainment of an Executive MBA degree contributing to these objectives?

2. What do you believe will be your most

significant contribution to the Baylor Executive MBA Program and to your classmates?

3. Please describe the most challenging

managerial problem that you have faced and how you solved it. What did you learn from the experience?

4. If you believe there is additional

information that would be beneficial to the Admissions Committee’s review of your application, please explain. You have no obligation to provide additional information.
