Le 70 Sunreef Power a été introduit sur le marché en 2008 avec son flybridge spa-

cieux qui fait la spécificité de la marque, ce yacht répond aux plus hautes exigences de

la clientèle grâce aux options illimitées de personnalisation et d’aménagement. Idéal

pour les croisières même dans les conditions les plus difficiles, ce modèle exceptionnel

possède des caractéristiques uniques, innovantes et propose des nouvelles fonctions

Le 70 Sunreef Power est un exemple rare de catamaran à moteurs de luxe de taille

moyenne (60 - 90 pieds) avec une consommation de carburant extrêmement basse, une

autonomie trans-océanique et une vitesse de pointe atteignant 30+ noeuds. Ce bateau

exceptionnel a été conçu par le bureau de design Sunreef avec les conseils de Laurent

Bourgnon, le célèbre navigateur qui a une grande expérience des catamarans de course

et a navigué autour du monde avec son 70 Sunreef Power JAMBO.

Le catamaran Jambo maintenant en Polynésie française, a navigué de Pologne jusqu’à

Bora Bora via l’Afrique du Nord, l’Amérique du Sud et le Pacifique, parcourant plus de

18 000 miles nautiques avec une faible consommation de carburant de 1,77L au mile et

par moteur (2 x 455CV) à 8 noeuds!

Sunreef 70 Power was introduced to the market in 2008 and along with the spacious

flybridge, which is the brands’ trademark, the yacht meets the highest expectations

of the most demanding clientèle thanks to unlimited options for customization and

space arrangement. Ideal for cruises even in the most challenging weather condi-

tions, the unit stands out with its unique, innovative features and new functional

solutions enhancing the notion of on-board livability. Sunreefs’ in-house designers

are the best choice of professionals to assist any customer with arranging their

dream seventy- footer, which is one of many reasons of nearly a dozen units of this

kind sold world-wide so far.

The 70 Sunreef Power is a rare example of a luxury medium-size power catamaran

(60 - 90 feet) with extremely high fuel efficiency, trans-oceanic range and top speeds

reaching up to 30+ knots. This exceptional vessel was conceived by the Sunreef de-

sign office with advice from Laurent Bourgnon, the famous sailor with a wealth of

experience in catamaran regattas, who is now cruising around the world aboard his

70 Sunreef Power JAMBO.

The JAMBO catamaran, which is now in French Polynesia, has travelled from Poland

to Bora Bora via Northern Africa, South America and the Pacific, covering more than

18 000 nautical miles with fuel consumption reaching as low as 1,77L per mile per en-

gine (2 x 455HP) at 8 knots!


Eleventh model of this ever so popular supercat, is the 70 Sunreef Power 1 Life.

Its open saloon and a gym on the flybridge are all part of the clients’ personal-

ized layout concept made along with its master suite and specially designed “magic

glass” wall that separates the bathroom from the sleeping area. This unique pow-

er catamaran is equipped with the innovative IPS system, which has been devel-

oped by the company’s engineering department in co-operation with VOLVO engi-

neers. IPS systems make it much easier to side cruise, easy turn and maneuver the

boat in small marinas by using just one joystick. Despite being widely used on regu-

lar motoryachts, they are very uncommon on large-sized catamarans, in which the

Sunreef Yachts shipyard specializes in.

Récemment mise à l’eau, la onzième unité de ce modèle très plébiscité, est le 70 Sunreef

Power 1 Life. Son salon ouvert et la salle de gym sur le flybridge sont des aménagements

réalisés à la demande des propriétaires, ainsi que la suite armateur avec sa paroi en “vitre

magique” séparant la salle de bains de la chambre. Ce catamaran à moteur exceptionnel

est équipé de l’innovant système IPS qui a été développé par le département d’ingénierie

de l’entreprise en collaboration avec les ingénieurs de chez VOLVO. Le système IPS facilite

les manoeuvres dans les petites marinas, le déplacement latéral et la rotation avec seu-

lement l’aide d’un joystick. Bien qu’il soit largement utilisé sur les motoryachts, ce système

est rare sur les catamarans de grande taille qui sont la spécialité du chantier Sunreef

Yachts.

Le magnifique DAMRAK II, sixième unité de ce modèle renommé, a navigué de Scandinavie

en Méditerranée à une vitesse moyenne d’environ 11 noeuds et consommé seulement 20L

à l’heure par moteur (2 x 800CV) avec une autonomie atteignant 4000 miles. En réduisant

la vitesse à 8 noeuds l’autonomie augmente à plus de 6500 miles avec une réserve de car-

burant de (2 x 8000L). Ce yacht à moteur élégant, rapide et stable a été le premier Sunreef

power entièrement équipé d’éclairages LED permettant ainsi de réduire la consommation

d’énergie par rapport aux éclairages habituels.

The magnificent DAMRAK II, as the sixth unit of the popular model, cruised from

Scandinavia to the Mediterranean Sea at the average speed of around 11 knots,

and consumed only 20L per hour per engine (2 x 800HP) with a range reaching up to

4000nm. Reducing speed to 8 knots means that the range extends up to 6500 nauti-

cal miles on one fuel tank (2 x 8000L). The stylish, fast and stable power vessel was the

first Sunreef power yacht equipped entirely in LED lights which means lower energy

consumption than with regular lighting.
