REVIEW CASE NOTE TRAINING…

What situation determines if we write a case note for a program participant?

What is the expectation of when case notes are to be entered into the database?

Within 24-hours of service delivery. What system are we using for ensuring we are

writing clear, concise and concrete case notes? PFPP… What does that stand for? Purpose that is Focused that shows Progress with a

follow-up Plan. Are there any questions? If you need additional training, please let me know.
