參 加 機 構 ： 香 港 小 童 群 益 會 T h e B o y s ’ & G i r l s ’ C l u b s A s s o c i a t i o n o f H o n g K o n g 始

創 於 1 9 3 6 年 ， 近 年 來 特 別 關 注 早 期 兒 童 發 展 ， 除 了 積 極 開 拓 與 幼 兒 相 關 的 服 務 ， 亦 把 早 期 兒 童 發

展 中 「 及 早 介 入 」 的 理 念 融 入 不 同 的 服 務 範 疇 之 中 ， 並 且 連 結 不 同 界 別 的 力 量 ， 建 立 「 童 益 聯 網 」

平 台 ， 促 進 各 界 人 士 就 兒 童 切 身 的 成 長 議 題 互 相 交 流 ， 推 動 有 利 兒 童 展 的 社 會 政 策 。

「 蠱 」 是 整 飭 的 意 思 ， 是 對 人 生 的 警 醒 。

「 蠱 」 代 表 事 情 已 發 展 到 必 須 整 飭 的 階

段 ， 如 果 坐 視 不 理 ， 必 會 日 趨 腐 敗 ， 直

至 無 法 挽 回 。 值 得 慶 幸 的 是 ， 「 蠱 」 代

表 為 時 未 晚 ， 是 仍 可 修 正 問 題 的 重 要 時

刻 。 箇 中 關 鍵 ， 是 必 須 由 改 變 心 態 與 觀

念 此 根 本 開 始 ， 反 省 過 失 ， 亡 羊 補 牢 。

我 們 能 痛 定 思 痛 ， 重 新 規 劃 並 努 力 不 懈 ，

便能重回亨通之道。

All relationships thrive on win/win solutions. A business explores demand prior to

manufacturing the product. You may need to put your personal goals aside and

make a sacrifice based on the needs of another. Where Following as underlying

cause suggests how one thing follows another naturally, in this situation, the old

way needs to be overhauled if you are to be successful. Ego games and self serving

approaches to others will not work. Following old routines can lead to shoddy work

and design. Whatever the situation, it is time to clear out the old and prepare for

the new. Decay (蠱) has a lot to teach you however. If you know that Decay

(蠱) can set in, you can prepare in advance to avoid it. The necessary ingredients

are the ability to offset deterioration by ensuring innovation and that constant

change is sustained.

“Work on what has spoiled; afterwards there is order.” Routine can take on a life of

its own and over time, all things require renewal. You must work on what has been

spoiled by decay to foster a rebirth. Bringing vitality to what is old and outworn,

Decay (蠱) portrays how being placed in a yielding position to nourish others can

sometimes turn the Wind into the image of drifting.

Artist reflection

My mother and I also like to paint very much. Now I am participating in the Chinese ink painting class of the Hong Kong Boys and

Girls' Club. When the center social worker invited us to create a painting with the theme of I Ching, I really didn't know what it

was. The creation of that work started when my mother and I understood the eighteenth hexagram of the Book of Changes. I

remember that the hexagram mentioned "innovation has resistance" and it went to the end, so it reminded me of the change of

butterflies.

Although it was hard, the caterpillar turned into a beautiful butterfly and became very beautiful. The creator first painted the

butterfly by my mother, and then I painted the flowers and plants next to it. This is the first time that I and my mother created it

together. It took me almost half a month to paint. We changed it many times in the process, but I was very satisfied.

NGO: The Boys’ & Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong is founded in 1936. In recent years, BGCA has paid special attention to

the early childhood development of children. Aside from actively developing service for young children, they have also

integrated the concept of “early intervention” in early childhood development into different service areas. They have

additionally develop “Child Alliance” which is a platform linking up different sectors, to encourage an exchange of ideas on

children’s personal growth issues, and to promote social policies that are conducive to children’s development.
