Carlos Tevez is a very famous football player. His life now is very different from the past. In the past he lived in FortApache, Ciudadela. Now he lives in Manchester with his family. He has two daughters: Florencia and Katie. They go to school in Manchester.

BRAVE HEARTAfter two years in Manchester United “Sir Charles” was transferred to

Manchester City. He is happy in his new club and Manchester City supporters are happy with him. They call him Brave Heart because of the courage he shows in the matches.

Carlos Tevez, “the Apache”, “Carlitos”, “Sir Charles”, was born in Ciudadela, Argentina, on February 5th, 1984. Carlos says his present life here in England is far different from his young days in Fort Apache, a poor neighbourhood in the outskirts of Buenos Aires.

Charismatic Tevez recognises his progress in the language of Shakespeare is still very slow, he says: “It´s very difficult”. But this is not a problem for him. He makes himself understood with the universal language of smile.

LONG LIFE TO THE KING!

I Can Dance by Pat Mora

I can dance,

moving muscles and kees, shoulders and hips, smart as you please.

I can dance, like the guys on TV,like the dudes on the street, feeling free and at ease.

I can dance,

the old and the new, baby, I´ve got the beat.Watch my steps. It´s a breeze -

CAREFUL WITH HUMANS!

in my room alone with the door closed.

(Mora, 2010: 7)

Lancelot was riding his horse in the forest when he met the Black Knight. The Black Knight had an enormous sword but Lancelot was unarmed.“I can kill you, but I´m an honorable man,” the Black Knight said. “I am going to ask you a question, you have to answer this question in a week. If the answer is right, I will forgive you. If the answer is wrong, I will kill you.”“All right,” said Lancelot in fear.“Now, the question is: What do women want?”“Ah?” said Lancelot. “What do women want?”“Yes,” said the Black Knight. “What do women want? That is the question”The Black Knight went away on his horse and Lancelot decided to go back to the castle. On his way to the castle, he saw a horrible witch sitting under a tree.“I know the answer to the question!” she said. “Ahh!! Ahhh!”“OK, tell me, please!” said Lancelot.“To give you the answer I must marry a knight,” she said.Lancelot thought for a moment and he decided to continue his trip to the castle. He didn´t think a knight could marry a witch.
