IntroductionIntroduction
• MXIE in 3.0 has had a major work over.• Most of this is fairly transparent to the user but
the changes will allow for future development of additional features.
• The main objective is to bring all 3 platforms to the same level of development (Windows, MAC and Linux)

The DifferencesThe Differences
• MAC and Linux MXIE do not currently have:– Softphone – planned for a future release
– No Fax Drivers
– No TAPI interface (MAC’s use an equivalent which is Apple Scripting – also scheduled for the next release)
– No current Wallboard Interaction (This still requires Excel)
