Since 2008, Retail Alliance has held the Retailer of the Year (ROTY) gala

for Hampton Roads’ retailers. The ROTY awards gala is our signature

event to recognize excellence in retail while honoring Retail Alliance

members who demonstrate the very best in product quality, customer

service, and community involvement. This year we will award winners in more than 25 Retail categories in

addition to awarding the Southside and Peninsula Retail Partner of the Year and the Overall Retailer of the

Year. We will also celebrate the Lifetime Achievement Award winner

by honoring their many years in business and their contributions to the

Hampton Roads community.

This year’s gala will be held at the Virginia Air & Space Center, Hampton, on May 21. The gala will run from 6 - 10 p.m. and the theme is “out of this world.”
