Exhibitor Booth Drawing Details • Exhibitor booth locations will be selected on a lottery basis, conducted by exhibitor tier,

highest to lowest. CALPELRA will conduct the lottery drawing by phone on August 31, 2017. Exhibitors who do not wish to participate by phone may submit a list of booth preferences, by number, prior to the drawing.

• There is limited availability in the $3,500 (18 booths) and $2,500 (10 booths) exhibitor tiers; please refer to booth map on page 4 for details. $3,500 and $2,500 exhibitor booth tiers will be filled on a first come, first paid (deposit) basis.

• Friends (paid membership status) who participated as both exhibitors and sponsors in the 2016 Annual Conference, with a combined sponsor and exhibitor contribution of $15,000 or more, will automatically be entered in a lottery for priority selection of exhibitor booth location for the 2017 Annual Conference.

Exhibitor Booth Set Up • Each single booth includes an approximately 8’x10’ space with an 8’ backdrop and 3’ side rails, and is

furnished with an 8’ covered table and two chairs. Each booth also will have a printed sign identifying the booth occupant.

• The vendor setting up the Conference exhibitor areas for CALPELRA will provide additional equipment and services to exhibitors for a fee, including shipping and handling of an exhibitor’s equipment. CALPELRA is not responsible for the security of sponsored display booths or equipment, nor is it responsible for any loss due to theft, vandalism, fire, or other acts of God. Exhibitors are responsible for the set up, supervision, and removal of their equipment and property for the Conference.

• Exhibit hours: Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:15 p.m. and Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Optional (at exhibitor’s discretion, not required): Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

• Set up: Tuesday, 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Payment Information • Exhibitors must make a nonrefundable 50% deposit payment in their exhibitor tier by

August 1, 2017; exhibitors must pay the remaining 50% by August 30, 2017. Exhibitors may forfeit their booth location if full payment is not made by August 30, 2017.

• Sponsor selections will be made on a first paid, first choice basis. Sponsors must make a nonrefundable 50% deposit payment on their menu choice at the time of selection; sponsors must pay the remaining 50% by August 30, 2017. Sponsors may forfeit their selection if full payment is not made by August 30, 2017.
