A Conference Overview
About the Conference The 20th EAUC Annual Conference will be held on 25 – 26 May 2016 at the University of the West of
England. It is brought to you by the Environmental Association for Universities and Colleges (EAUC) –
a membership organisation representing over 280 Educational and Company Members and over 6,000
key decision makers in the United Kingdom.
The 2016 Conference will bring together over 370 attendees from every area of campus life from the
tertiary education sector. Delegates include those responsible for environmental management, estates
and facilities, finance and procurement, as well as curriculum leaders and students. Aside from an
exhibition, the Conference will include keynotes, interactive workshops and a Conference Gala Dinner.
This year’s Conference offers content by theme over two Conference days, meaning you will have
access to a broader range of delegates.
About the exhibition The Conference includes an exhibition hall, where all catering and refreshments will be served to ensure
high exposure for exhibitors. This event is your opportunity to make links with key players in the tertiary
education sector.
Sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities We have several opportunities for organisations to partner with us in the running of this important Annual
Conference. Aside from the standard exhibitor packages, why not enhance your company exposure with a
sponsorship package designed to make an instant impact. We also offer sponsorship of specific elements
of the Conference, such as the refreshment breaks. If you’re looking to make a real impact, you should also
consider sponsoring our Conference app or twitter wall!

What our 2015 Sponsors had to say…
“Carbon Credentials has attended the
EAUC Annual Conference for the past
two years and has been thoroughly
impressed by the quality of speakers
and delegates. The EAUC Annual
Conference is the ideal forum for
networking and knowledge sharing in
the HE and FE sector.”
Russ Avery, Marketing &
Communications Manager
“Another successful EAUC event attended with plenty of interest in
APT’s energy saving data centre solutions. We support the EAUC
Conference as a lot of our work involves helping universities and
colleges increase efficiency within data centres.” John Thompson, Sales
Director
“British Gas is proud to be a supporter of the EAUC and its member
organisations. This was the second year we attended the annual
conference and the event allowed us to understand the key issues for
institutions on an environmental level and much more.” Chris Barrass,
Business Development Manager
“As always, the EAUC provided excellent networking opportunities and
informative and inspiring conference sessions. We look forward to
attending again in 2016.” Leyla Stender, Client Relationship Manager

“We've been supporting the EAUC for a number of years and feel that we
get great exposure to the key decision makers within the higher and
further education sectors. At the Conference, the opportunity to relax and
network with key contacts in the Higher/Further Education sector is of
real value to our business.” Gary Mills, Business Development Manager
“The event was a fantastic arena in which to meet like-minded individuals
who share a passion for sustainability and wish to drive this agenda
forward within further and higher education. Progress in this area has
been phenomenal in recent years and conferences like this encourage
the sharing of best practice which is so vital for continuous improvement.”
